Hannah Kathleen McMaster is a Chicago printmaker and photographer. Her images oscillate between rigid engineering and intuitive mark-making. Most of her images involve rinsing cyanotypes or pulling proofs; the daughter of a magician, she loves the thrill of a reveal.

She has taught both independently and for local institutions like Lillstreet Art Center and SkyArt. When teaching in a studio setting, Hannah actively promotes ways to successfully print from anywhere, with tools and techniques that are accessible for all.

Originally from Ventura County, her prints and drawings have been exhibited in group shows across Southern California and Chicago. She received her BFA with an emphasis in Printmedia and Photography from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2016.
